Who stays in the property?
We use two main accommodation models as part of our professional property management services in Manchester. Some properties are offered as short or medium-stay accommodation for professionals, contractors, and people relocating to the area. Others are used for longer-term accommodation through housing associations and local councils. The intended use is always discussed and agreed with the landlord first.
Will the property still be looked after?
Yes. For serviced accommodation, properties receive regular cleaning, changeover checks, and frequent oversight.Â
For longer-term accommodation, we work with housing partners to support regular inspections and responsible property management. Maintenance issues are reported and dealt with promptly under the agreed terms.
Why not let traditionally?
Traditional letting can mean void periods, tenant-find costs, and more day-to-day involvement. Our model offers agreed monthly rent, longer-term stability, and professional management through one point of contact.
Do I still retain control of my property?
Yes. You remain the owner, and the permitted use, responsibilities, inspections, and notice terms are agreed clearly before the arrangement begins.

Property Assessment
We assess the property's location, condition, layout and suitability for the proposed accommodation model before any agreement is put in place.

We agree the monthly rent, lease length, permitted use, responsibilities, and inspection arrangements before anything begins.

Property Setup
Together, we agree what needs to be completed before the property is ready. Then coordinate furnishing, presentation, photography, and final setup where applicable.

We manage the day-to-day running of the property, including communication, cleaning where applicable, regular checks, and maintenance coordination.
